Client Project Files and Footage

As a video editing service, clients may share raw footage, audio files, scripts, brand assets, and other media with us for the purpose of completing their project. This content is used solely for delivering the agreed editing work.

Our CommitmentWe do not share, sell, publish, or use your project files for any purpose other than completing your project. All client media is handled with strict confidentiality.

If you share project files through cloud services (Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc.), please be aware that those platforms have their own privacy policies which govern the storage and handling of your files.

We recommend avoiding embedding location data (EXIF GPS) in any images or media files you upload to our website. Visitors may be able to extract location information from images if such data is embedded.

Cookies

If you leave an inquiry or comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is purely for your convenience — so you don’t need to re-enter your details next time. These cookies last for one year.

Client project files shared for editing purposes are retained only for the duration of the project engagement and a reasonable grace period afterward, after which they are securely deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
